estate projects.
Our primary investor position has grown
substantially along with our internal shareholder
equity resources. This internal resource
liquidity enables us to act swiftly upon
viable new ventures. Our development team
researches and proposes significant opportunities
that offer diversity through a variety
of development sectors.
Kingsway’s current momentum is directed
towards land and lot development throughout
the western sectors of North America. The
corporate emphasis is on British Columbia
and Alberta, Canada and the California
and Texas markets.
Kingsway’s investment strategy includes
cooperative financing models within a low-profile
conference of stakeholders and partnerships.
Our corporate objective is to create mezzanine
loans for single-family land development
projects located throughout the United
States and Canada. These loans are generally
secured by a mortgage that will bear an
interest rate and create a participation
factor in the project’s profits.
The amount of the loans will typically
fall between $1,000,000 to $10,000,000
with terms between one and three years
depending upon the scope of the project.
