Our corporate objective is to create mezzanine loans for single-family land development projects located throughout the United States and Canada. These loans are generally secured by a mortgage that will bear an interest rate and create a participation factor in the project’s profits. The amount of the loans will typically fall between $1,000,000 to $10,000,000 with terms between one and three years depending upon the scope of the project.
