Our history includes commercial and residential projects located in Texas, California, Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia. The company’s current interests are located in Fort McMurray, Alberta; Anmore and Victoria, British Columbia; McKinney and Arlington, Texas; and Moreno Valley, California.

Pinnacle
Ridge—Lower Mainland
B.C., Canada
Pinnacle Ridge is Anmore's newest and most prestigious lifestyle community, offering scenic, semi-rural living with convenient access to modern urban amenities. Pinnacle Ridge is a fifty-five one-acre lot development designed for west coast estate living. The development sits on a hillside rising 1,500 feet to its peak and features magnificent panoramic views of the Burrard Inlet, Indian Arm, Vancouver and the North Shore mountains.
Millennium Village—Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada
Millennium Village is a 121 unit townhome project currently under construction in Fort McMurray, where Kingsway and its partners have recently and successfully completed a similar townhome project. Millennium will provide rental units to the local market. The project value is $75M.

Gateway—Fort
McMurray, AB
Gateway is an 850-unit, multi-tower residential rental and for-sale condo project complete with office and commercial components in Fort McMurray Alberta.

Moreno
Valley—Riverside County, California
Kingsway has also recently purchased a large property in Moreno Valley for a 474-lot development consisting of townhomes and detached single-family products.
SOLD - This project was rezoned and sold to a large warehouse distribution
company.
Kingsway's Past Projects
Heritage Village—Texas
Kingsway developed a 403 single family lot subdivision in Frisco, a fast growing community in Texas. The lots were sold to some of the major builders in the area including Beazer Homes, Ingle Homes, Morrison Homes, Goodman Homes, and David Weekly Homes.
Stonebrich Ranch—Texas
Kingsway completed the development of 74 lots as part of a master-plan golf course community. The lots were sold to some of the major builders in the area including Bowen Builders.
Villages of Preston of Glen—Texas
This project of 154 single family lots was sold to Goodman Homes Inc, of Plano Texas.
Arbor Estates lll—Texas
Custom home subdivision in Colleyville Texas sold to custom home builders.
Village of Hillcrest—Texas
Zero lot-line community developed in Frisco Texas, all lots sold out to two major builders.
Silvercreek Estates—Texas
Master-planned community in Desoto Texas, entire project sold to multiple builders.
Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex—Texas
Kingsway and their partners developed nine residential subdivisions that included the construction of 250 single-family dwellings and townhomes.
Fort McMurray—Alberta, Canada
In 2003 – 2004, Kingsway Group and their partners developed 325 single-family lots in the Timber Heights subdivision in Fort McMurray. Lots were sold to a variety of builders including Mill Creek Developments, J&H Homes, Irving Williams, Tuxedo Bay and Kamberley Developments. This project had a value of $20 Million.

Victoria—British Columbia
Kingsway and their partners have built two multi-story, senior’s assisted-living buildings in Victoria. They currently own and manage several seniors assisted-living facilities in Vancouver and on Vancouver Island.
Toronto—Ontario
Mr. Rohland coordinated and managed the construction of numerous Toronto area construction projects including: the Metro Police Headquarters for the City of Toronto; Park Lawn ice rink and Aquatic Center for the City of Etobicoke; fire halls for the cities of Bolton and North York; the Tim Bolton Arena for the City of Toronto; Rockwood Mall expansion and renovation for Victern Developments; the Woodbine and Mohawk facility expansions for The Ontario Jockey Club; Coronation Park facilities for the City of Toronto; Region of Peel administration offices; Kestral Road administration and warehouse facilities for the Public Works of Canada; several real estate offices for Montreal Trust, senior residences for the Mississauga Springfield Cooperative Homes, six neighborhood shopping centres for Mississauga’s First Power Developments, Inc.; and several non-profit town homes and commercial structures.
