Recent News

October 23, 2007 – Indigo launched their sales day that ended with outstanding results of $70M in sales. This high end project of 171 condominiums located on Lake Osoyoos, BC is Kingsway’s jewel in their project portfolio.

October 7, 2007 – Kingsway enters into negotiations with major oil company to lease 121 units in our newest Townhome project, Millennium Gardens, located in Ft. McMurray, AB.

September 23, 2007 – Kingsway today started construction on Millennium Gardens — Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada. Millennium Gardens is a 121 unit townhome project under construction in Fort McMurray, where Kingsway and its partners have recently and successfully completed a similar townhome project. Millennium will provide rental units to the local market. The project value is $75M.

April 16, 2007 – Kingsway is pleased to announce the first quarter sale of undeveloped land in Moreno Valley, California to ProLogis.

February 5, 2007 – Kingsway Group recently entered into a purchase contract with Maestro Management for the sale of two assisted-care living facilities, John Alfred Manor and Ross Place, located in Victoria, British Columbia.
